RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for books once they have been purchased and delivered. However, we will consider returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective books upon delivery.
- Incorrect item received due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling.
REFUND PROCESS
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
